2021 Project Round Up

2021 has been the most amazing year where I really found and expressed my passion for home design/decor and DIY projects!

A year ago I had never picked up a power tool and the only woodworking experience I had was making birdhouses and square boxes in middle school shop class. I have learned so much along the way and of course made some mistakes. Nothing can never be “undone” and that’s the joy in knowing even if you mess up, it can almost always be fixed!

This years projects included board and batten accent walls in my dining room and my new nephew’s nursery, a gallery wall, an under-the-deck lounge, a laundry room wallpaper makeover, and the biggest project of the year- the shiplap fireplace!

I have some exciting projects planned for 2022 and I can’t wait to get started!!
